We will be offering express mail delivery through Canada Post with tracking included. We also have a pick-up option available in Abbotsford for local members.
Mail Orders: orders and payment must be submitted by 1pm PST for same-day shipping. Any orders received after 1pm PST will be shipped the next business day. Pick-Up Orders: orders and payment submitted by 1pm will be available for same day pick up that afternoon after 2pm. Any orders placed after 1pm will be available for pick up the next business day after 2pm.
Shipping for orders under $200 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $15. All orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping. There is no pick-up fee!
We discreetly ship all our orders in odour proof vacuum sealed packaging. The packaging is then boxed and sealed in Canada Post bubble mailers or generic unmarked boxes that include tracking information with no noticeable branding or recognizable industry terms visible.
Once you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with e-transfer instructions, which include the email address for payment, and our security question & answer. Once your order is finished, you will receive an Order Complete email. If no emails received, please ensure to check your spam folder.
We currently only accept Interac E-transfer. Instructions to complete payment will be emailed to you in your Order Confirmation. Please see FAQ #15 for e-transfer instructions.
Select “Register Now” on the homepage. Complete the required fields, and upload 2 pieces of ID to complete the application process. We have two types memberships available: a. Recreational Membership: open to anyone 19+ within Canada. b. Medical Membership: open to anyone 19+ within Canada who provides medical documentation. Please allow up to 24 hours for our team to process and verify your account.
To become a Recreational Member, you will need to be 19+ years of age, have a valid government issued photo ID and a secondary ID to verify your identity. The secondary piece of ID must include your name, and must match the name on the primary ID. This can be your provincial health card, Indian Status card, firearms licence, an interac card, credit card (please black out number), or a utility bill – any document with your name on it. Please allow up to 24 hours for our team to process and verify your account.
To become a Medical Member, you will need to be 19+ years old, have a valid government issued photo ID, a secondary ID to verify the first, and confirmation of your health diagnosis from a medical practitioner, health specialist or proof of terminal and/or debilitating illness (ex. BC Cancer Agency card). Please allow up to 24 hours for our team to process and verify your account.
You will receive an email once your membership has been verified and approved. We ask that you please allow 24hrs for account verification and processing.
Orders remain pending for 24 hours. We will attempt to contact you regarding payment during this time. If payment has not been received after 24 hours, your order will be canceled. This allows our inventory to restock with held items and make them available for other members.
No problem at all! Just email with your order number and let us know the issue. We will edit your order with the correct item and re-send an updated Order Confirmation, or cancel your order upon request.
Please ensure the tracking number entered matches the tracking number emailed in your Order Confirmation email and allow up to 12 hours for your tracking number to update on
There are special circumstances where we will send a one-time order replacement. This includes order mix-ups or shipping errors on our end. Our policy is that once an order is dropped off at Canada Post, the responsibility for successful delivery lies with Canada post unless it is found that Herbally Inspired is at fault.
Please carefully read and follow these Interac E-transfer instructions to avoid delays and ensure that your order is processed promptly: Set up your Interac e-Transfer payment: a. The payee name: HIC b. The payee email: c. Verify that the amount is correct and matches the total specified at the bottom of your order receipt. d. Enter the Secret Question as ”Order ______”. Please do not write the secret answer here. e. Enter the Secret Answer as “fashion”. Please double check that the secret answer is spelt correctly. After we receive and process your payment, your financial institution will send you a notification that your payment has been accepted.
