We will be offering express mail delivery through Canada Post with tracking included. Local pickup – 10am – 5pm (Monday to Saturday – No Stats)
For mail order, orders and payment must be submitted by 1pm PST for same-day shipping. Any orders received after 1pm PST will be shipped the next business day. For pick-up, orders placed by 1pm will be eligible for pick up that evening. Any orders placed after 1pm will be eligible to pick up the next business day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be available for pickup on the following Monday (No Weekend / Stat Holiday Pickups)
Shipping for orders under $200 will be up to $15 based on product weight and size. All orders over $200 will be free shipping. There is no pick-up fee!
We discreetly ship all our orders in odour proof vacuum sealed packaging. The packaging is then boxed and sealed in Canada Post bubble mailers or generic unmarked boxes that include tracking information with no noticeable branding or recognizable industry terms visible.
After an order has been placed, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Your order is not finalized until your payment has been processed. Please check your inbox and spam folder for an incoming email from us.
We currently only accept Interac E-transfer. Instructions to complete your electronic Transfer will be emailed to you in your order confirmation.

We have two types memberships available: – Recreational Membership: open to anyone 19+ within Canada. – Medical Membership: open to anyone 19+ within Canada. Must have medical documentation.
To become a Recreational Member with us you will need to be 19+ years of age, have a valid government issued photo I.D. and a second I.D. to verify the first. If the address on your I.D. differs from the delivery address you would like, simply send in a copy of a utility bill with your current address.
To become a Medical Member with us you will need to be 19+ years old, have a valid government issued photo I.D., a second I.D. to verify the first and confirmation of health diagnosis from a medical practitioner, health specialist or proof of terminal and/or debilitating illness (ex. BC Cancer Agency card). If the address on your I.D. differs from the delivery address you would like, simply send in a copy of a utility bill with your current address.
Once your membership has been verified and approved your account will be active and ready for orders! We ask that you please allow 24hrs for account verification and processing.
Your order will be pending for 24hrs. If payment has not been received after 24hrs, your order will be canceled. This allows our inventory to restock with held items and make them available for other members.
No problem at all! Just email orders@herballyinspired.ca with your order number. If it’s a mistake we will do our best to cancel it right away. This will allow for inventory numbers to restock. Re-place your correct order at anytime.
Please ensure the tracking number entered matches the tracking number emailed in your order confirmation email. If it is still giving you issues, please email our team at orders@herballyinspired.ca and we will confirm the number for you. Due to tracking numbers being input manually, typos can happen.
Canada Post employees will sometimes scan items in bulk at the beginning of the day but items may not be delivered until later that day. Please allow 24hrs for it to arrive. If your package has still not arrived, email us at orders@herballyinspired.ca and we will open an investigation with Canada Post.
There are special circumstances where we will send a one-time order replacement. This includes order mix-ups, shipping errors on our end or at the competition of a Canada Post investigation. Our policy is that once an order is dropped off at Canada Post, the responsibility for successful delivery lies with Canada post unless it is found that Herbally Inspired is at fault.
Thank you for placing your order at Herbally Inspired. We are happy to accept your payment using Interac E-Transfer. Please carefully read and follow these Interac E-transfer instructions to avoid delays and ensure that your order is processed promptly: Verify that the full name on your member ID matches the name on both: The account from which the payment will be sent from. The name of the person listed as the consignee that will receive the package. Set up your Interac e-Transfer payment: The payee name: Herbally Inspired Clothing The payee email: ordersHIC@gmail.com Verify that the amount is correct and matches the total specified at the bottom of your order receipt. Enter the Secret Question as ”Order ______”. Please do not write the secret answer here. Enter the Secret Answer as “fashion”. Please double check that the secret answer is spelt correctly. After we receive and process your payment, your financial institution will send you a notification that your payment has been accepted. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number.
